Ford works with hundreds of dealerships across the country, each operating independently of one another. This has led to inconsistencies in service provided to customer, as they may move and interact with a variety of dealerships over the lifespan of their vehicle.

Our solution had two parts: First, we provided a booking platform to dealerships that allowed for customized, yet unified service catalog to be available to customers. Second, we created a new service tool for consumers within the existing Ford mobile app. This tool provides personalized service recommendations based on the current health of their vehicle.

I led and designed the consumer-facing frontend of the new booking product, which then needed to be integrated into Ford's mobile app and primary website, as well as adapted for each dealership's individual website. The design solution required flexibility to ensure responsiveness across all platforms, from mobile to desktop, and to accommodate the unique offerings of each dealership.
